Great benefits, travel opportunities, challenging and diverse projects, cares about employee health, allows flexibility with days and specific hours someone wants to work.

Cons

Underwhelming pay, too much travel to get to where the work is, if you do too well at a certain project you might get stuck doing that specific type of project for months or years, difficult to advance, so much focus on money.
