      Pros

      Lots of diverse work and interesting assessment writing opportunities that are always shifting based on regulation

      Cons

      inconsistent work load, with the expectation of minimal overhead. Expectations are not fair when it comes to employee evaluations. Under utilized hours should not reflect employee skill-set and ambition. These are company losses, and should not fall on the hands of the employee.

      Salary is competitive Quite Flexible, can work from home

      Cons

      Typical consulting, chasing down chargeables, chasing down even to the tiniest hours Currently not doing so great in the market, not a lot of work coming through Terrible IT support, crappy laptops, not a very good office environment Not much oppertunities for employees to develop themselves.

      Opportunity to work on a variety of projects and with engineers from other offices.

      Cons

      Lack of respect towards junior employees. High expectations to meet deadlines whilst providing inadequate training and are reluctant to spend money on good quality training. Benefits aren’t great either. Disappointed that Stantec values have not been shared equally amongst all offices.
