      Collaborative staffing in my office. Lots of resources. Lots of freedom to determine my career path. Competitive pay and good training opportunities.

      Management is lost - too many layers and not enough clarity. Corporation isn't sure what it wants to be in the long run and isn't willing to make hard decisions to get there.
