      Lots of employee perks, bright, new office.

      Cons

      Big company focusing much of its attention acquiring smaller companies instead of ensuring proper employee orientation and integration. Many in-house issues not being addressed. HUGE lack of senior staff leading to low morale and mismanagement of sections. Values quantity over quality.

      Great benefits, including health and plenty of time off. Lots of really bright, capable colleagues in the company in many specialties.

      Cons

      Company is publicly traded, which means managing performance by the quarter, rather than long-term thinking. Also, it is large and risk-averse, which limits the ability to respond to market opportunities.
