Pros

Good working environment and a healthy salary. The work can be interesting and demanding when we have some! I have helpful and knowledgeable colleagues.

Cons

Not in a position that I want to be in. Also the lack of work means that I'm not working to my full potential. I'm finding it hard to get motivated. It is time for a change.
