      - Most of people are good to work with - Opportunity to advance - Flexible work hours

      Cons

      - Management only cares about their bonuses - Would rather lay off front line workers then bloated management. There are about 1000 vice presidents in a company of 14,000.

      Fragmented company including systems and procedures; lack of project management software and tools, each business unit is in competition with the other, lack of alliances, lack of guidance from upper management, staff not held accountable, staff under qualified, lack of training. I

      A lot of red tape and approvals and the salary was not competitive - supervisors rarely gave recognition
