      We have tremendous agency over the pursuit and execution of work, along with abundant support. Smart people, engaged in interesting work. No frills environment, but more than adequate resources for what is important.

      Cons

      Can be challenging to understand the internal structure, with more than 16,000 people. And the structure can change quickly with new acquisitions.
