      Pros

      Job and duties were good. OT not a problem if you had to get something done.

      Cons

      Management at all levels is sorely lacking. Micromanagement is a problem as well there is no respect for your time or timelines if you are one of the worker bees. All about the bottom line and will take advantage of you. You got to be careful who you cross. Like high school as many are gossipy.

      Pros

      Very friendly office culture, competitive while supporting each other, support employees with latest powerful software tools, have effective frameworks for most aspect of work (IT, HR, benefits, training, time card, etc.)

      Cons

      Like with any consulting firm, highly dependent on contract work that may only last for a few years. Project procurement team may not be as focused.
