      Pros

      Different types of civil engineering projects. You will always have something to do and apply your knowledge and experiencie. A lot of support from other offices throughout the organization.

      Cons

      The company insurance is not very good. The wellness program is very difficult to follow to get the incentives. A huge organization with many layers of upper management and rules.

      Pros

      Lots of decent things - benefits, friendly people, chance to work on big projects. Typically a 40 hour work week, with exceptions.

      Cons

      Pressure to hit utilization goals, even when during a dip in the natural employment cycle that all companies endure. CEO makes more as a yearly bonus than I'll make in my life.

      Acquired staff great. Decent pay. The projects are cool and usual on a large scale. Could be worse you know

      Upper management outside of office seems to be intentionally disconnected so that they can keep their view of staff as a utilization number and not get personal.
