      Stantec is a wonderful company to work for. They do provide the resources to grow internally. They provide opportunities to all levels of experience. It is a great starting point for entry level candidates. Being a global company, it provides education, exposure and experience.

      Cons

      Salary is significantly lower than the average for the Austin area among its competitors. It is just reasonable to remain afloat.
