      There are a large number of long time employees that are unwilling to change how anything is done.

      None I can think of

      Cons

      Cliques abound and the place runs like a collection of little clubs. Department management is secretive, undermining, and unprofessional at best and corporate-level management is unaware and uninterested in what happens to anyone except family and friends of the family.

We regularly survey our associates for their feedback and take meaningful action on those results. In addition, in the past year we have launched a cross-functional employee resource group, which serves as a resource for our associates and whose sole mission is to create a more inclusive work culture.

      Great company that really cares

      Pros

      The people who work here are very genuine, and as a whole the company really cares about doing the right thing. Efforts are being made to continuously improve, including in the DE&I area.

      Cons

      There is always room for improvement, but leadership seems to be listening and I've seen changes implemented as a result of recent employee surveys.
