      Pros

      Very family oriented business. Nice work environment. Believe in Eco-friendly materials. Have all variety positions available.

      Cons

      My department managers were not very good support when it comes to my disability needs where they won't include me in weekly meetings or having interpreters provided on last minute notice meetings. Lot of miscommunications among manager and co workers. Some co-workers are not very helpful when it comes to workloads.

      Pros

      The company makes awesome products. I learned quite a bit about the textile business. My co-workers were great.

      Cons

      Family owned company, so of course, favor and the good positions are given to family members. Not much room for advancement. If not hiring family members, they would rather hire outside people than hiring within. The wellness thing is a bit much.
