      Pros

      Things are growing! There are a lot of new initiatives on the horizon , and a lot of opportunity to get involved and grow with the company. Management truly listens to the associates, and nobody is "just a number" here.

      Cons

      With growth, sometimes there are growing pains. This is to be expected with any company.

      Pros

      I've really enjoyed my time working at Standard Textile. From the day I started, I've felt welcomed and challenged, and have been given a lot of responsibility to grow my career and better the company. It's a collaborative, fun and innovative environment that welcomes ideas and suggestions. The health and wellness perks are great, too! An onsite gym with workout classes, a nutritionist and a personal trainer, and an outdoor walking path are all benefits provided to employees.

      Cons

      Every job has it's pros and cons, but nothing major at Standard Textile sticks out as a negative.

      Pros

      Lots of vacation time, a family oriented company that truly cares about the well being of its employees. Company is growing which keeps us busy and every changing

      Cons

      Benefits could be better in terms of healthcare. It’s a high deductible plan only as the option. Also, they do not hire smokers which could be a con if you some. I do not.
