      Pay is decent Good health insurance

      Cons

      Management refuses to make changes to improve quality of life for employees Grossly understaffed yet you never see anyone being brought in for interviews You don't get a concrete stop time. Your shift ends "when the work is done", so good luck making any plans.

It’s good to hear that you found the pay to be fair and the health insurance satisfactory; our team works hard to put together a comprehensive benefits package that accommodates everything an associate would need to thrive at Standard Textile. Related to your comments on our management team, we are consistently working with them on creating a cohesive company culture which will allow associates to have an exemplary work/life balance. Due to COVID, we have slowed down hiring and are operating leaner, but we ensure you that we hire to business needs when and where we need to. Thanks again for taking the time to leave this review!

      Good company, but some major flaws

      Pros

      PTO policy, no weekends, mostly laid back, overall good people with good intentions. I enjoyed my job for the most part, not very stressful.

      Cons

      Upper management, poor communication, major disconnect and hostility between departments.
