Pros

Such a friendly work atmosphere, and I love the commitment to health and wellness here. The fitness center, standing desks, walking path, café, and fitness classes are great perks.

Cons

The current performance management system isn't the best, but I know it's being reviewed for improvements.

Pros

Things are growing! There are a lot of new initiatives on the horizon , and a lot of opportunity to get involved and grow with the company. Management truly listens to the associates, and nobody is "just a number" here.

Cons

With growth, sometimes there are growing pains. This is to be expected with any company.
