      Great company culture and PTO policy.

      Cons

      I've seen a lot of promotions, and more transparency about career paths would be great.

      My experience has been up and down. It has been an average experience but there needs some improvement.

      Pros

      Only have to work a normal M-F schedule if you work at corporate. The pay is average for the roles at the main office. They plan fun events during the summer time. They are focusing on innovation & growing.

      Cons

      Not much room to move up in the company. Upper management is great but middle management needs a lot of work on how resolve issues and make employees feel valued.
