PTO, on-site cafe, colleagues, an okay job being recent college graduate

Cons

No growth opportunities..... No managerial support at all. Horrible management styles. A major disconnect between employees and their managers

Small company feel with large company aspirations. The E-suite is constantly looking for ways to grow the company on a large scale to dominate the industry

Cons

The pay is below the national and even the local average - probably due to it being a family owned operation.
