      -Treat employees well and care about health/wellbeing -Benefits / PTO are pretty good -401k matching -Good work/life balance

      Cons

      -If you are starting your career here, beware that there are very few young people that work here. It is hard to make friends -Training program isn’t the greatest -Expectations/job responsibilities aren’t very clear. -Hard to get a pay raise

      Benefits are great. Vacation time is amazing. They are very understanding of work/home life flexibility.

      Management is poor. No real goals of how they will help you as an individual. No growth opportunities, unless you are family or related.
