      Pros

      Majority of the people you work with are helpful and understanding! Job duties and process are ( for the most part) clearly defined and with a lot of hard work, you will get things done and feel accomplished.

      Cons

      Strategies and road maps are not in your hands. Its more of administrative role. Hard work is not rewarded in teams of salary, very hard to get a legitimate increase. Work will be piled on you.

      They sell nice towels and linens.

      Cons

      -Below market pay -Long working hours -No recognition -No growth opportunities -No employee development -Poor management from the TOP down They used to care about engaging quality employees but now all you need is a pulse and you're hired. No reason to perform well because management does not seem to care. Knowledgeable, hard working, devoted employees are overlooked and ignored.
