An international bank which provides chances for employees to learn if you are willing to. Lot of activities available for the employees to feel the care from the company.

Cons

It's much easier to get a promotion by organizing social activities for the overseas management than working hard and smart.

Independence, good work environment. I worked with a wonderful team very intelligent and approachable, gave me an opportunity to review different industries and companies operations. A very satisfying experience to be part of such global and professional bank.

The internal systems needed improvement in terms of process time taken etc.
