      Great benefits, often flexible hours, great colleagues, great building, opportunities for growth through ongoing training, competitive salary in line with other banks

      Cons

      Large organisation can sometimes make processes sluggish and sometimes repetitive. Some years without much salary escalation - some years with high staff turnover.

      Not that big when it comes to compete with the large international banks. You´ll have to replace funding with creativity.
