Pros
Fairly Laid back. At times there is some interesting work. They look after their people fairly well, or at least where I was. They invest a lot in your career development.
Cons
They do not hire the best people for the job due to politics, but that's a general problem here in South Africa. Its a giant corporate machine and sometimes you feel like a lot of what you do is meaningless
