      Pros

      Generally people are nice to work with. There are pockets of excellence where you can learn a lot

      Cons

      Can get stuck in a role with out learning anything new. Things change very slowly and can take years before good ideas are implemented. In the mean time, roles can get boring

      Gave me a lot of experience on home loans and at branch level, enjoyed interacting with different types of clients, getting to know different types of financial products and services

      Cons

      Targets were a challenge sometimes, focus and support need to be given to sales staff which are the core business part
