      Good market related above average pay with plenty of staff benefits. Good culture and most standard bankers are very friendly. Great offices with perks like discounted cafeteria, Vida and Kauai

      Organisation structure can be messy - Standard Bank is top heavy with many executives You can feel lost in the group at times given how large the company is - you can feel like you've lost track of following group strategy Governance processes are very strict with lots of hand that need to shake for sign off Bank is focused internally with often little appreciation for just how fast competition is catching up
