      Pros

      Nice people, great pay and very good work life balance. Perfect place to wind down a successful financial services career.

      Cons

      Reporting matrix means everybody reports to everybody and nothing ever gets done without 100% consensus. Should be a groupthink case study.

      Pros

      I was working here for more than 6 years. It's the best place to work with great benefits and co workers. It also offers good training especially for starters.

      Cons

      It has a tricky and huge client base quite hard to understand and make strategic decisions for. Although, with time u can figure out how to deal with it.

      Policies are not standardised and supervisors or line managers do not allow employees to think outside the box. Employees are micro managef
