      The pay is competitive within the industry. It has good work environment, opportunities for career growth and good customer service.

      Cons

      Little work-life balance stemming from the fact that workers leave for work early and come back late. But this is also what is obtainable in other banks.

      The work can get too much at times. Work-Life balance tends to be pushed back.
