      The company has a decent benefits package which includes pension , medical and disability cover as well as preferential interest rates for staff lending.

      Cons

      Poor leadership and uninformed decision making has resulted in a host of outdated and ill-fitting information and management systems. The organisation is not geared towards change and there's a general tendency towards retaining the status quo. Any attempt to suggest change is met with fear and suspicion.

      There is insurance and also easy access to loan facilities

      Doing a job of 2 people but still remain on same pay No seating in allowance for lower staff and promotions are sometimes based on who you know in top management
