Big wheels turn slowly - extended delivery

HR Policies are manipulated to favour the banks interest at the expense of the employee. No room for growth of one expects to be treated as per Union rules and what one signed in their contracts. Proving ability through achieving qualifications and regulatory certification does not equal promotions. Promotions are doled out to those that lack the skills required and the expectations are thtt junior staff will coach and share skills with the senior staff member. Compensation is mediocre.
