Lovely culture, Nice and very cordial staff members. The values of the bank can be related to personal life. Heavy investment in training staff. International exposure in certain departments. The bank has a whole does not compromise on standards.

*No job growth, you can remain on one role for years. *Female line managers do not respect their direct reports. *No talent Retention *Errors are escalated overboard and most times, you dont even see a learning point because of the endless queries and escalations.
