Everyone's input is valued, there is no restriction of duties, it allows everyone to grow. Presentations are made by everyone to build product knowledge and confidence. Taking responsibility is the key.

Cons

Working hard to deliver best services and gaining better sales to meet targets and complains and risks which led to work overtime, but we are not compensated for that as rules and procedure outline.
