Good annual package and benefits Offices are generally good environments Staff qualify for beneficial rates on home and car finance

Cons

Exceptionally difficult to get promoted due to the BEE push. Starting at entry level limits your potential for growth as the manager and joining the corporate offices becomes an impossibility.
