      Standard bank pays really well and has really nice tools to assist with the job

      Cons

      zero training. zero support with regards to training. If you want to know how to do your job from and you're from another organisation you will have to figure it out yourself. HR recruiting and management don't seem to be on the same page when it comes to job specification
