Good memories of early days in the bank. Was once seen as a prestigious work environment. Salary always on time.

Cons

Hierarchy hinders levels of service. Toxic atmosphere where the employee constantly feels threatened with disciplinary action for non compliance or failure to reach targets. Service levels suffer at the expense of sales targets.
