      People are kind and friendly. Work environment is professional and cordial. Flexible work times and deadlines.

      Cons

      New management hires don't understand the corporate family ethics and and morals. They, unfortunately have no regard for experience other than their own. Once this is addressed and actioned, it would make the company infinitely more appealing to work for.
