      Do not hire Minorities or have very few. I think only two or three African American in the office.

      Pros

      Most of the Co-workers are down to earth.

      Cons

      If you're not part of the "BOY" club you get passed over. Do not give minorities credit for work (and actually have to nerve to give credit to another person) Get blamed for a broken process that management can't fix or would rather fire you and hire someone else to work a broken process. No room for promotion. Upper Management is not honest. Management get bonus but not the regular Joe.

      The place I gained my mental toughness, challenging opportunities to step up and become a leader if you want it. Every dept works collaboratively and creatively. They offered me the best life-work balance I could ever ask for as a single mother. CEO, COO, CFO do the right things and treat people as people. If you want to excel your career, this is hands down The place to be. Dynamic, digital brand that everyone is passionate about and wants to be a part of. What will I miss most? The people and their passion! You can't find a place like this or recreate it if you tried, and so I challenge you all to become a member of the dynamic Spartan team!

      N/A I honestly can't say anything negative. As the company is growing rapidly, they will continue onboarding rock stars, so join the team!

      The work is fulfilling, you see the impact daily that this brand has on people's lives, dramatic transformations.

      Cons

      Management is disorganized and doesn't practice what they preach. Pay is below market rate - overworked/underpaid No guidance from executive management
