Great job

Pros

Travel opportunities, and wonderful people to work with

Cons

Information from the upper management can get bogged down and it can feel like you're left in the dark. I've been laid off as part of the long term stabilizing plan during the Covid 19 pandemic, but I'll be back.

Thank you for your feedback. We agree, Spartan has amazing people and the teamwork is exceptional. We look forward to getting back to events in 2021 and continuing to build on some of the communication tools like the Tip of the Spear newsletter and Town Hall meetings.

Pros

Some great co workers and travel

Cons

Illegal work conditions and compensation. This is just a club to see who can kiss the owners butt the most. Racist and sexist

Pros

If you are new to your profession and need experience on your resume you should be able to get a job here pretty easily Met some fantastic people, who I bonded with if for no other reason than we were both able to realize how nucking futs Spartan is

Cons

Chronic org wide communication and leadership issues Scope of individual responsibility can change dramatically with no notice Lack of clear direction for leadership often leads to campaigns being re-done several times, often re-building entire assets or pivoting strategy right up to, during, and after launch Repeatedly put in a position to be forced to work outside normal hours/more than 40 per week or be seen as incompetent Leadership maintains no accountability for themselves or their subords. There are "quarterly" town hall meetings (usually 1 a year), where successes are lauded and genuine employee concerns are dismissed as overreactions or swept under the rug until it can be ignored at the next meeting. Strategy/long term planning often pushed aside for quick and easy grabs.
