Pay not equal to job duties. Very little little training (kind of figure it out for yourself atmosphere). No matching 401k, ground crews good to work with, office crews and higher ups...no integrity at all. Terminated after coming off of FMLA, company refused to provide a "termination" letter or even an acknowledgement of the request for one. Company was behind on their own premium payments to the "short term disability" company which prevented claims being paid in a timely manner. Company did not like intelligent employee pressing the issue for them to pay their bills.
