Exceptional peers that are great to work with, vast majority of projects are interesting, no middle management. Stock/company still has serious growth potential. A great place to be if you value having a better time for a third of your day versus making a bit more money at FAANG (which most engineers here can go to).

Cons

No formal WFH policy, occasionally extended hours with most weeks at 45-50 hours.
