Technicians and Leads are great people. Good benefits

Cons

Low pay! No work life balance. 6/12s 5/10s Extreme work conditions hot/cold. Skills matrix make pay raises difficult. Some of the Management has absurd expectations that aren't healthy. Burnout happens quick. High turn over. Questionable management. Not a good fit if you have children or are married.

Lots of incredibly smart people all at one company and when it works well, it works really well and you are well compensated for all the hard work you put it

Cons

The "work is life" mentality and expectation that you dedicate all of your time to the job is draining and is reflected by the high turnover and burn through rate of their employees. It's what you expect from SpaceX but be wary.
