The Enviroment & The Culture is great! Great Benefits & So many Resources Great Mentors that help you learn when you first get on the job! A lot of Overtime Available if you want it!

Cons

If you’re not used to anything over 40 hours you might be overwhelmed with 50, 60 even 70 hours a week and might be get a little drained. I feel like every class in every craft is under payed by like $10 an hr. I feel like employees deserve more bonuses and more rewards for all the hard work they do and deadlines accomplished.
