Surrounding by some of the brightest and driven people I have ever encountered anywhere. Extremely exciting to be pushing technology and innovation to new boundaries.

Cons

Growing pains since I first started. Rapid expansion with loose control over growth. Very tilted work-life balance toward the work side. Can we extremely demanding.
