-Top notch team, they are not only technically very gifted but are also strong communicators -If you have a good idea it will be considered or implemented -Badass projects that really helped my career -The larger projects than industry standard make you feel as if you are really contributing to the value of the company

Cons

-Very aggressive intern timelines (this is not really a con if you like learning)
