Pros of working at the test facility include free food, and viewing of rocket tests. not much else.

Cons

Waco is a sleepy town, mcgregor even worse. combine work and small town drama makes for a catty work environment where you are a slave and not appreciated, or valued, no long term prospect for career advancement.

Pros

Very cool product and smart team. Great and low prices food, all the free fro yo and caffeine you can handle. Rockets are about as cool as it gets.

Cons

Long hours and a lot of it is needless face time that is expected by CEO. Top of the house is brilliant but lacks basic leadership ability and common sense.

Hands on, fast paced environment. Learned a lot about the aerospace industry. Surrounded by intelligent, self motivated people. Great work environment, free coffee, good food on site and free froyo!

Cons

Long hours are expected from everyone and it is the norm to work at least 60.
