Great people, cutting edge work, employee ownership of company, excellence is recognized.

Cons

If you like straight forward, hierarchical structure, and doing the same thing every day from 9-5, this company might not be for you. The work can be cutting edge, but everyone also chips in for the more mundane tasks that must get done. Must be willing to get your hands dirty, even at senior levels.

A great company goal. Some of the most cutting edge technology in the aerospace industry. Outside the box ideas and equipment usage.

Cons

Long hours, all engineering and management overwhelmed with projects and job responsibilities.

Pros

Extremely Inspiring company ambition. I get to choose most of my work and it is very fullfilling to work on things you are passionate about. Great food, great office environment. I work with some of the smartest people i have ever met. I am still in awe every day of what we do here.

Cons

Some groups work crazy long hours, (Not mine but I see it elsewhere). Unrealistic timelines set that make it very hard to plan for longer term projects as deadlines keep slipping. Some strong personalities in the company can steam roll ideas and work of others.
