This is not an easy place to work and so, if you're looking for a quick buck then you're better off working somewhere else. Employees here are driven to change the fate of humanity and with it, the problems and challenges are truly astronomical, but the heart that motivates this company is even greater. SpaceX employees are truly a dime in a dozen. I would agree that the workload surges once in a while, but you'll come out standing taller each time. With great responsibility, comes great opportunities. If you want to change the world and excel in your career goals/skills, then this is the place to be.

SpaceX is the best place Ive worked for three reasons: 1.) Mission - To lead the human race to inhabitant other planets, what is more out of this world than that!? 2.) Culture - Its fun, result driven, diverse culture allows for me to be my whole self at work because they are not looking for just another engineer, they make me feel like they need me! 3.) Balance - the work life balance allows for me to remotely when needed without any guilt and my insurance is free!
