Fast pace environment. We are always seeking new/best technology. Personal ideas for process improvement are well received and are quickly implemented if they are good.

Cons

Long work hours. Really have to balance work/personal time. If you always say yes to new projects you will find your self overwhelmed and struggling to keep up.

- high level of responsibility - extremely strong sense of mission from all employees - projects are flown shortly after completion - helpful coworkers - minimal bureaucracy

Cons

- there's so much to learn, onboarding can be intimidating - the hours aren't that bad for young people with fewer responsibilities, but they're longer than most other places
