      Pros

      There are so many reasons to work here. The people, the food, the perks. But most of all, being part of the beginning of the future!

      Cons

      Long hours, but it is not like that all the time. If you love your job it's not as bad as a lot f people make it out to be. Sometimes stressful. But if you can do it, you'll be given that pat on the back that you need.

      Pros

      Get the opportunity to work with an extremely motivated and young workforce. Such a high energy environment results in a lot of work getting done in a short period of time.

      Cons

      Hours can be very long depending on your current assignments and aren't sufficient for having much of a life outside of work. Not enough added benefits to keep around many of the more experienced workers. High turnover rate.

      Fun work. The company is regularly doing exciting things. Great co-workers. Good perks (free food, snacks, icecream). Good company parties/events.

      Long work hours. Not high enough pay.
