      Pros

      At SpaceX you work with the smartest people you'll ever meet! Even though they are the smartest, I also feel like they are just really awesome and good people to partner with. Everyone is working toward the goal of going to Mars and you truly feel that on a day to day basis. We work as a team to accomplish the big and small tasks together.

      Cons

      You have to learn how to handle the stress of the environment around you. Its very important to use time management to achieve the work load you are given. Expectations are very high which can be good if you like to challenge yourself but it can lead to getting burned out. You can love it or hate it.

      Pros

      As an intern I was given full product lifetime responsibility on projects that directly influenced continuing operations on site. This is something you won't find at many engineering companies.

      Cons

      Be prepared to work long hours (50-60/week). They recently switched to hourly based pay so that means good overtime though.
