Too many to list. Employee perks are pages long. OK pay but its made up for in OT. Working with the brightest minds on the planet building and testing stages going to space is indescribable.

Cons

Prepare for long hours. Your in it to win it or you hate it. There are plenty of after hours sponsored events and sports with your teams which eases that stress.
