Lots of opportunities to get involved with projects and work outside your job description. Plenty of great people to work with and always new things going on.

Cons

It can be hard to find a good work/life balance in some of the support departments since we support the entire company and work around other departments timelines. Lots of long days and frequent schedule changes at the last minute.
